If you would like to use your insurance for therapy, please contact your insurance prior to scheduling a consultation to find out if Ilita is in-network, as well as any copays/deductibles you are responsible for paying.

Insurance is not accepted for coaching. Use of medical insurance requires a medical diagnosis, which coaching does not involve.

I want to start therapy, but I can't come in person. Can we do it on the phone or Zoom?

Therapy is an individual journey. The length of treatment varies from person to person, based on goals set. Ideally, therapy comes to an end when you meet your goals. However, you can stop at any time.

All sessions are approximately 50 mins. On occasion, longer sessions can be arraigned, as needed.
