Therapy is collaborative process of personal growth and self-discovery, in a non-judgmental setting. In therapy, the therapist and client work together to  resolve problematic beliefs, feelings, behaviors and relationship issues. Whether it's working through internal struggles, conflict in a relationship or learning to take better care of yourself, therapy can help.
